CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES
We want your child to have fun as they learn about the great love of Jesus through worship, prayer, age-specific lessons, and a variety of exciting activities.
EXCEL YOUTH
YOUTH MINISTRIES
(6 – 12 Grade)
Specializing in reaching youth in our city, students gather every Thursday night in the 6050 sanctuary. Volunteers work in student leadership, security, media, and special events. Excel Youth.
ADULT MINISTRIES
Prayer & Altar Team
Prayer & Altar Ministry volunteers serve by partnering with our members and visitors in prayer during services, particularly with those responding to salvation needs.
Hosting Team
Hosting volunteers provide that important initial welcome and extension of hospitality to those entering our doors. Serving takes place before church services start and during the beginning phases to accommodate late arrivals.
Ushers Team
Usher volunteers are responsible to escort attendees to their seats, assist with certain functions during services and keep the facility safe and secure while meetings are in progress.
Hospitality Team
Hospitality volunteers provide ministry guests and first-time guests with refreshment needs and assist with various kitchen functions and special food service events.
Parking Lot Team
This team manages our parking lot activity during services by directing traffic to available spots and organizing the parking spaces in our lots.
Security Team
Compass Kids Security, Excel Security, Special Events. Security volunteers obtain their assignments and instructions from the ministry they are partnered with.
Helping Hands (Women)
Volunteers for Helping Hands assist by cleaning up key areas between services on Sundays as a housekeeping ministry for the benefit of our attendees.
Worship Team
This ministry offers opportunities for you to volunteer in the worship of the Lord through vocals and instrumental music. Practices are scheduled by the ministry leader.
Production Team
(Audio & Video)
Volunteers are involved with the setup and operation of audio instruments and other equipment that is part of the sound system, computer equipment for projected imaging, webcasting, lighting, video cameras, and all other media-related technical functions.
Creative Media Team
Volunteers help with graphic arts, film production, dramatic presentation development, and other creative media used to support ministry activities.
