Reopening Survey


This should take no longer than 3 minutes.

After much prayer, guidance, and preparation, we are excited to start taking our next steps in reopening our Compass Kids facilities & services. With Compass Kids planning on reopening in the month of April 2021, we want to hear from you. While adhering to social distancing guidelines given to us by the Department of Health for Chicago, IL. We would still like to know how you and your families feel regarding the services and other ministries and how/when you are comfortable returning to church. 


Please fill out the survey below to give us an idea of your thoughts & feelings on reopening. 



Reopening Requirements

  • Preschool through 5th grade only. 
  • Must be fully potty trained
  • Child must be able to wear a mask at all times while in Compass Kids. 
  • Pre-Registration for EACH service is required. 
  • Space is limited in order to meet social distance guidelines. 
  • Everyone entering Compass Kids will be screened for fever & symptoms.

F.A.Q.

Will we be opening in Phases? 

Yes! Phase one will consist of only Sunday morning 10am English services and only children aged 3yrs to 5th grade (must be fully potty trained). In this phase, there will be no Explorers. 



Will we continue online broadcasts? 

Yes! We will continue to provide online Virtual Lessons every Sunday on our website at compasskids.us/athomeresources! We will also continue our CK Fun Nights every Tuesday at 7pm.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Yes, including during worship. It’s a joy to meet together, but we must remain diligent and practical to keep everyone safe.
